An artifact is any proof of learning you log - a project you built, a course you completed, a skill you practiced, or a certification you earned. Think of each one as a building block in your permanent learning record.

Your Compound Score is a multi-factor number calculated from four dimensions: Volume (how much you log — up to 300 points, with verified artifacts worth 10 each, partial 6, and unverified only 3), Quality (evidence depth and verification — up to 200 points), Consistency (how many weeks out of the last 12 you showed up — up to 200 points), and Skill Depth (going deep in specific skills — up to 200 points). On top of that, your verification rate applies a multiplier: 50%+ verified gives you a 1.2x bonus, while having zero verifications applies a 0.85x penalty. The score reflects real, compounding growth.

Winumu works for any skill area. Our AI automatically categorises your artifacts into areas like Tech, Design, Writing, Marketing, Video, and Business — but you can log learning in any field. Whether you are studying web development, graphic design, accounting, or public speaking, Winumu tracks and verifies it all.

After you log an artifact, you can take a verification challenge. Our AI reads your artifact details — including your description and proof of output — and generates 3 targeted questions that only someone who genuinely did the work could answer. One question references a specific detail from your submission, one asks about challenges or failures you encountered, and one tests your applied understanding. Score 7/10 or higher on average, and your artifact earns a Verified badge visible on your portfolio.

You can log without verifying, but unverified artifacts earn 0 points and barely move your Compound Score. Winumu is a verify-to-earn platform — all points come through verification. A fully verified artifact can earn up to 35 points (25 base + 5 for evidence link + 5 for detailed proof of output). This ensures that your Compound Score genuinely represents understanding, not just activity.

Free accounts get 3 verification challenges per month. Student accounts get 10 per month. Pro accounts get unlimited verifications. Each challenge consists of 3 AI-generated questions specific to your artifact.

If you score below 4/10 on average, your artifact stays as Logged (unverified). Scoring 4-6 earns a Partial Verification badge. Only 7+ earns the full Verified badge with bonus points. The system is designed to reward genuine understanding, not memorization.

Yes. If you did not pass or want a better score, you can retake the verification. Free users have a 48-hour cooldown between retakes on the same artifact. Pro users can retake immediately with no cooldown. Retake questions are different from the original — they focus on new aspects of your submission to prevent memorization. Your artifact always keeps the best verification level you have achieved.

Pro users get a dedicated employer-facing page at winumu.com/verify/yourname. It shows a clean, professional summary of your verified skills, evidence timeline, and Compound Score breakdown - designed specifically for hiring managers and recruiters to review. You can share this link in applications and on your resume.

The AI Learning Coach is a conversational mentor available to Pro and Student users. It has full context of your learning history — every artifact, skill, and your Compound Score — and gives personalised advice based on what you have actually built. It identifies patterns and gaps, suggests what to learn next, and references your specific work. Think of it as a mentor who knows your entire learning journey.

Every week, Pro and Student users receive an AI-generated summary of their learning progress. It covers what you logged that week, how your Compound Score changed, skill development trends, and personalised recommendations. It is delivered automatically so you can track your growth without manually reviewing everything.

The Reflection Journal lets you submit weekly reflections on your learning journey — what went well, what was hard, and what you plan to focus on next. Reflections help you build self-awareness and demonstrate thoughtful growth to employers who view your portfolio.

Skill Gap Analysis compares the skills you have demonstrated through your artifacts against the requirements of a target role or goal, showing you exactly where you are strong and where you need to grow. The AI Study Plan takes that gap and generates a structured learning roadmap to close it. Both features help you learn with direction instead of guessing what to study next.

The Leaderboard ranks all Winumu users by their Compound Score. It shows the top learners on the platform, with a podium for the top 3 and a paginated list for everyone else. It is a way to see where you stand, stay motivated, and discover other consistent learners.

Yes. The Free plan lets you log up to 10 entries per month, take 3 AI verification challenges, track your Compound Score, and get a public portfolio page. No credit card needed. You can upgrade anytime.

Your portfolio at winumu.com/yourname shows everything you have logged - your learning record, Compound Score, verification badges (Verified, Partial, or Logged), your skill history, and your AI-generated growth summary. It updates automatically every time you log something new.

Yes. Winumu is a progressive web app (PWA) that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You can also enable push notifications to get streak reminders and artifact nudges on your phone — even when you are not actively using the platform.

Free gives you 10 logs/month, 3 AI verifications/month, basic AI analysis, and a public portfolio. Student (₦3,500/mo) is for verified students with 10 verifications/month and full AI features at a reduced price. Pro (₦5,000/mo) gives you unlimited everything - logs, verifications, AI analysis, the Weekly Intelligence Brief, AI Learning Coach, employer verification page, and priority support.

Payments are processed securely through Paystack in NGN. Your plan activates automatically after a successful payment.

Your account stays active and your data is never deleted. Paid features stop at the end of your billing period, and you drop back to the Free plan automatically.

After paying for the Student plan, you verify your student status through a short email verification flow. Your Student plan activates once verification is complete. If you paid but have not verified yet, open the Student Verification page from your dashboard to finish.

Every user gets a unique referral link in their Settings page. When someone signs up using your link and upgrades to Pro, you earn 7 extra days of Pro access for free. There is no limit to how many people you can refer — each successful referral extends your Pro time.

Yes. Go to Settings and update your username. Winumu checks availability in real time. Your portfolio URL at winumu.com/yourname will update immediately. Note: usernames can only contain letters and numbers.

Your learning data is stored securely with Supabase (built on PostgreSQL with row-level security). Only you can see your dashboard and private data. Your public portfolio shows only what you choose to log. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with secure session management, and all connections are encrypted over HTTPS.

Yes. In your Settings page, scroll to Account Actions and click "Delete my account." This permanently removes your account, all artifacts, reflections, AI summaries, verification records, and your public portfolio. This action cannot be undone.

The Institution plan is designed for bootcamps and schools. It includes: a full cohort dashboard to create and manage cohorts, bulk student onboarding via CSV import, per-cohort student analytics (artifacts, scores, skills, reflections), shareable employer reports for each cohort, custom branding (accent color, logo, and tagline), and admin controls with role-based access. Pricing is ₦2,000 per student seat, across three tiers: Starter (₦100,000 / 50 seats), Growth (₦300,000 / 150 seats), and Scale (₦1,000,000 / 500 seats) — each valid for 3 months. For cohorts larger than 500 seats, contact us for custom pricing.

Institution admins select a tier (Starter, Growth, or Scale) and pay via Paystack. After payment, the workspace activates for 3 months. Seat limits are enforced — you cannot add more students than your plan allows. If you renew with a smaller tier, your seat count stays at the higher level. Plans can be renewed before or after expiry.
